Summer of 2021 has gone in tranquility and with no incidents, we are very pleased with everybodie’s sense of responsability

 

We continue aligned with the orientations from the Health Department Direction (DGS), Complying with the procedures and maintaining others, that despite not being mandatory anymore, we think are appropriated for the safeguard of our guests and our staff, as well as the local population.

Responsible tourism – Covid-19

We are opened to receive our customers, Parque Cerdeira and Gerês friends, always considering security and business, but conscious of the risks envolved and concerned with the aging population of our village. We will minimize the risks to the essential and we count on the help of our customers to respect yet another rule of good practices in responsible and sustainable tourism: social distancing from the population of Campo do Gerês and from our staff.

Our employees

With the objective of ensuring the safety and well-being of all, our employees assume a key role and in this sense, all members of the Parque Cerdeira receive specific training and work instructions on:

  • Hand hygiene
  • Personal hygiene
  • Equipments for individual safety
  • Respiratory etiquette
  • Social conduct

Some employees optionally wear a mask.
Accommodation and Activities

 

Main changes to our services

  • We only accept groups upon request.
  • Remember that used masks and gloves should always be placed in undifferentiated waste containers.
  • Watch your children preventing the frequent touch on the surfaces and to avoid creating insecurity to other customers.
  • The social room is opened within the opening ours from the Bar.
  • This is a good time to use our electric bikes. Take the opportunity to discover some of the secrets of Gerês.
  • When due to COVID-19 related situations, we will return the amount payed as reservation confirmation, except the refund fee (3%).
