The hike starts at the Lamas plateau, northeast of the Rift of Chalcedonia, passing through the Doll and Junceda viewpoints, the Silhas dos Ursos (beehives), mountain meadows and ends at Parque Cerdeira.
Advices: Comfortable shoes, preferably boots; Take windbreaker; Do not carry unnecessary cargo; Bring water and some food.
Conditions: Any participant who signs up for this activity must respect the guide and nature.
Pants must be worn.
The registration must be confirmed at least 1 day in advance and only takes place with at least 4 people.
