Sales, Reservation and Occupation Conditions

We have different types of accommodation and with the purpose to create specific rules for each type, it was organized as Camping, Caravanning and Complementary Accommodation.

With this purpose we have associated the tree tents to camping and the caravans, campingcars and motorhomes to caravanning. The overnight stay, the temporary caravan parking and the private family WC are considered special services.

As for the complementary accommodation, we have 3 types of Bungalows, POD-Cabins and 2 types of Family Rooms.

a. Reservations are confirmed after the payment of  a 50% deposit*, different deadlines, depending on the chosen payment method.
b. The remaining will be payed on check out.
c. The following payment methods are available:

1.  MBWay – in the moment of the reservation;
2.  Credit Card – in the moment of the reservation;
3.  MB – ATM reference – payment until 12h after the reservation (pre-booking);
4.  Bank Transference – payment until 24h (any fees charged by the bank will be deducted from the transference) after the reservation (pre-booking), credit in our account or proof of payment (sent by email);

d. The minimum number of nights for stays/reservations it’s as in our reservations platform.

* In case of  bank transference, a few cents will automatically be added to the amount as to identify the origin of the payment.

a. The client can cancel the reservation, up to 10 days before check in.

1. For cancellations until 10 days befor arrival date the deposit will be refunded in total, except for the return fee;
2. The return is preferably by bank transference to the IBAN indicated by the client, or, when possible, by reversing the payment trough the form of payment used for the deposit;
3. The return fee is 3% of the deposit.

b. Cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in, the deposit remains as credit for future reservations or customer consumption. When not used, this credit will extinguish within one year.

c. Cancellations within 48 hours of check in date are not refundable and or stay as credit.

d. The customer may change the reservation dates, until 8 days before check in, subject to availability.

e. Only one modification per reservation is allowed.

f. Once a modification is made, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation.

g. The booked period is due as effectively occupied, even if not fully used.

h. Except in cases previously announced, the right to a reservation extinguishes on the day after the scheduled check in date, or in 48 hours when the reservation period is of at least 4 nights, the reservation will be cancelled after that period and considered no show.

i. Parque Cerdeira may cancel the booking in case of an extraordinary event, in this case the deposit is fully returned. This situation will only occur for duly justified reasons and communicated to the client, as quickly as possible.

a. In the complementary accommodation (Bungalows, POD-Cabins and Family Rooms) check in is from 16h00 and the check out is until 10h00.

b. For camping and caravanning, check in is from 14h00 and the check out is until 12h00.

c. Check in and check out for the private family WC depends on the respective camping or caravanning reservation.

d. Check in and check out for the overnight stay modality is defined by season, see here.

e. It is possible to book a late check, in low season, on request and availability (see extra fee).

a. Check in for the Bungalows, POD-Cabins and Family Rooms is from 16H00 and check out for the Bungalows, POD-Cabins and Family Rooms is until 10H00.

b. Except in cases previously announced, the occupation must be done until the second day, from the third day on, the reservation is no longer valid.

c. Maximum capacity per unit

Bungalow T1 – accomodates two people, with the possibility for two extra children (4 to 10 yo);
Bungalow T1-L – accomodates two people, with the possibility for two extra people;
Bungalow T2 – accomodates four people, with the possibility for 2two extra people;
Pod-Cabin – accomodates two people;
Family Rooms – accomodates two people, with the possibility for two extra people in the Twin Plus Rooms;
Extra people or pets are charged extra, as in price list.

d. One car parking is included for the Bungalows T1, T1L, POD-Cabin and Family Rooms and two for the Bungalows T2.

e. The client is responsible for the cleanliness and conservation of all the equipment  as well as the building allocated.

f. The list of the furniture, appliances and other objects existing in each Bungalow is displayed inside.

g. For long stays, linen will be changed every three days.

h. During the stay, the client is responsible for the cleaning iof the unit.

i. Vehicle circulation from from 7h00 to 23h00.

j. Silence is from 23h00 to 7h00, the disrespect of this rule will result in expulsion from the facility, subject to full payment of the reserved period.

k. One pet (dog or cat) is allowed in the Bungalows T1 and T1L, or two pets (dog or cat) in the Bungalows T2, reservation is required. Please check Pet’s admission policy.

a. Check in for camping and caravanning pitches and tree tents is from 14h and check out is until 12h00.

b. Except in cases previously announced, the occupation must be done until the second day, from the third day on, the reservation is no longer valid.

c. The occupancy for the pitches is two people, with the possibility of adding two more people as extra.

Exceptionally, when the installation of the equipment respects the safe distance from the neighbouring pitch, extra people may be admitted;
Extra people or pets are charged extra, as in price list.

d. One car parking is included in the Pitch price.

In sectors A, D, E and F parking is done in the areas destined for that purpose, which may not be next to the pitch.
In the pitches located in sectors B and C, the car parking is inside the pitch.
In the cases where the car is parked outside the pitch, it will be charged as extra parking.

e. The use of toilets with common use equipment is free of charge for all camping, caravanning and tree-tent guests. Guests may choose to use private family WC (see prices), on reservation and availability.

f. The customer is responsible for the cleanliness of the occupied space, and on departure from the campsite has to clean the pitch from any garbage.

g. Vehicle circulation from 7h00 to 23h00.

h. Silence is from 23h00 to 7h00, the disrespect of this rule will result in expulsion from the facility, subject to full payment of the reserved period..

i. Up to two pets (dog or cat) are allowed in the camping/caravaning pitches, reservation required. Please check Pet’s admission policy.

b. Children under 4 years of age are free of charge.

c. Discounts are according to the season and number of nights and, are applyed in the final payment and are not cumulative.
