The walk starts and ends at Parque Cerdeira. It develops towards the south, passing by Veiga de S. João until the bridge of Eixões, going up the ridge to reach the village of Covide, we have on the right side the oak Paredes and on the left side, the granitic massif of Chalcedon. Return to the Park following part of the Roman route.

Every participant who signs up for this activity must respect the guide and nature.
Pants must be worn.
The registration must be confirmed at least 1 day in advance and only takes place with at least 4 people.

Advices:
Comfortable shoes, preferably boots; Take windbreaker.
Do not carry unnecessary cargo; Bring water and some food.
